Another timely commercial, since yesterday was election day.

I wish the Democrats and the Republicans really could get together on some of the more important issues, instead of just contradicting each other all the time.

I always wondered who made these rules up.

The funny thing is that there are two of these commercials where that rasslin guy says “what’s next, I can’t do this?” and rips off his shirt. Exactly who is that creepy old guy writing the rules down in the book? And finally, who much do [...]

I’m sorry, that’s just creepy.

Just a heads up, this one is kinda PG-13. If you don’t wanna watcch, then don’t click on play.

To be honest, I think the really cute/funny part is when the mouse climbs over the wall to get to the Game Boy Micro. It’s the subtle little things in some of these commercials that [...]

I know I’m a little late for Halloween, but this one is too much of a classic to pass up.

Very timely too since it’s a Betamax commercial. You see, at one time there was a format war between Betamax and VHS. While VHS won the war, the people were hurt the most [...]

I’m not really sure if Alpha Bits is around anymore. I remember this and other commercials for the cereal well though.

Isn’t this kind of a play on the popularity of the Geico commercials?

This has got to be one of the greatest commercials of all time. It’s theme is based on the year it ran during the super bowl, or at least on a book named after that year. That year was 1984.

To be honest, I think the graphics for this were WAY ahead of their
time. [...]

I’ve already posted one of these. I like the other one better, but I wanted to give props to the one that started the whole Geico caveman buzz.

So, would he be called the “best caveboy”?

I have a Volkswagen. While I don’t plan to buy another anytime soon, this one is pretty convincing, or at least it was…

At today’s prices, that’s like seventy something miles per gallon. On the other hand, assuming this commercial was made before 1979 ( I bet it was – If someone can date [...]
