Everyone know how weird the Burger King commercials have gotten in the past few years. The first one I remember was the Hootie Cowboy commercial. This one though is weirder than all the other put together.

It reminds me of mulch. You know, that stuff they put in the yard to help the trees grow. It smells good and bad at the same time. It somewhat turns my stomach when I smell it, but I still can’t help but take in deep breaths to smell it as much as I can. I fel the same way about this commercial. I am horrified byt it, but at the same time I can’t stop watching it.

This Wendy’s commercial is one that holds a place near and dear to my heart.

My personal connection to this connection is a little “out there”. The year this commercial came out, I dressed in a short sleeve button down, tie, kakis and very bad glasses. Yes, you guessed it. I was dressed up like Dave Thomas for Halloween. I went to Wendy’s, but they refused to give me any free food.

This is also one of my favorites with Dave Thomas in it. Dave is one of my personal heros, so I want to pay him. Rest in Peace Mr Thomas.
